Savour the best of the grill, from juicy smoked meats and grilled desserts to innovative takes on crowd favourites, all while you kick back by the beach and catch a live performance or two.

Who else really likes corn? We can’t imagine a more beautiful thing! Our BBQ corn (choose between Sriracha mayo, parmesan or wasabi mayo) and a small grill menu will be exclusively available during the Sentosa GrillFest.

PerghChicks

PerghChicks started in 1999 as a nameless establishment in a pasar malam. As pioneers of the pasar malam scene, they brought the original Malaysian recipe of their specialty Ayam Percik to Singapore. Today, their menu infuses the modern taste of barbecued chicken into a traditional favourite.

Wild Tide

Wild Tide aims to challenge the way we cook by feeding in creativity and quality the “wild” way. Dig into signatures like the BBQ Al Pastor Slipper Lobster and Grilled Cubano Pork, marinated in their special blend of fish sauce.

Woodfire Feast

Mount Faber Leisure Group mixes up traditional woodfire cooking with use of their special Churrasco Rotisserie Grill to present an aromatic and mouth-watering selection of grilled and barbecued meats and seafood.
